Improving the contest judging system for wider usage

This is for progress tracking purposes.

The aim of those is to allow a proper exapnsion of contest judging system for wider usage. Most of the stuff listed here is based upon the feedback of testers gathered during the contest judging system test-run.

I will try to tackle on most of these in coming future.
