Unable to reconnect after closing connection with restrict_* options set

If I connect using a client with the restrict_ options set, and then disconnect by clicking the 'x' by the network name, I am unable to reconnect. The error message is Error Connecting (Hostname, port and nickname must be specified), but the nickname is filled out and the other two fields aren't available since they're restricted.

I've noticed this too. I have not had a chance to figure it out for myself yet.
For now, I've added instructions to refresh the page if the error is encountered.
