Velox now has support for a single unified library via enabling VELOX_MONO_LIBRARY
https://github.com/facebookincubator/velox/blob/main/CMakeLists.txt#L77C8-L77C26
We must consider using this in Prestissimo to improve build times, sizes, and dynamic loading UDF support.
