Guide to getting started to using HMM toobox - Missing !

Hello Murphy,

I am a beginner to Matlab HMM model. Well, I know the theory of HMM and its variants pretty much. And I am looking to use your predefined HMM model/code to take my dataset, train the parameters (initial state, state transition matrix & emission probabilities) and build a model which I can then test with subset of my data for validation.

On this note, could you suggest how do I go about doing this task step by step. I would appreciate if a document/example exist in taking me through this simple exercise to start with.
