跑一段时间后就会出现IO异常 #712

程序是能正常跑起来的，问题在于跑了一段时间后mirai就会报相关异常，异常信息如下：

日志中能打印接收到的qq消息，但qq机器人无法回复
（该异常是在chatgpt-mirai-qq-bot项目中出现的，由于所提项目是基于mirai开发的，所以来这边提问看看什么原因）
