Improve attribution detection for xMap-1 #4

Make the detection of the provider text (HERE / TOMOM) asynchronous and resiliant, so:

The UI-initialization thead doesn't have to wait for the xMap meta-data.
A non-responding xMapServer will not cause the whole application to freeze
