Allow user to edit specific product attributes in Woocommerce

One of our customer requested:

I want to add a feature to WooCommerce capabilities so users with specific role can read or edit orders based on product attribute in the order list and also the order status. For example I have a store that sells camera and laptops. I want to define a role called "Sales camera" and "Sales laptop". This will allow only users in "Sales camera" role, to edit orders that have a product with "camera" attribute.
PublishPress is a very powerful plugin but from what I've learned it lacks compatibility with WooCommerce in many areas, and if you could add some functionalities, especially syncing WooCommerce order statuses with WordPress native statuses would make it an even more powerful plugin. Also making Specific Permissions compatible with WooCommerce order post type would be awesome, where admins could permit certain roles to view/edit orders based on product category/attribute in the order. This will allow different sales departments to only view and edit orders relevant to their department. For example, an electronics shop will be able to assign different product categories to a different sales team and each sales team will only handle orders that contain certain products.
