Hello @Vinay0203,

You can create a script with bender script synopsys or bender script genus (bender ref) for the compilation. Then you need to replace the memories with real memories if you have them. I also suggest synthesizing the ara_system only. Just be sure you are giving the correct parameters to the modules, otherwise you will get nonsense.
