MoManager needs update

MoManager needs updates of several kinds, but the first is the help it shows. It still shows maintainers' names, and the information to create langpacks and send it to BarryK. This info is very old and needs update.

We may also add feature of automatic translations, on which later on human checks can be performed. BarryK has already done this (for EasyOS, I suppose): https://bkhome.org/news/202301/automatic-translation-added-to-momanager.html.
