Clarify license terms

Looking at the code, there are several (partially contradicting) statements about which license actually applies to the django-minio-storage package.

• The main license file (https://github.com/py-pa/django-minio-storage/blob/master/LICENSE) uses MIT, but there is a secondary one for Apache-2.0 (https://github.com/py-pa/django-minio-storage/blob/master/LICENSE-APACHE)
• The contributing docs refer to Apache-2.0 and dual licensing "as above", but there is no "above": https://github.com/py-pa/django-minio-storage/blob/master/docs/contributing.md https://django-minio-storage.readthedocs.io/en/latest/contributing/ Additionally, these docs basically allow to choose whatever license the contributor likes?

• The package metadata refers to BSD-3-Clause?

Could you please clarify which license expression is the correct one and update the conflicting statements accordingly?

• Since both license files are present the code is dual licensed.
• Any contributions should be dual licensed.
• Any user of the package can choose which license they want.

Given that comment this would mean django-minio-storage can indeed be described by the SPDX expression Apache-2.0 OR MIT. In this case, the corresponding sections (see list above) should probably be reworded to make this more clear and especially the trove classifier should be fixed to ship the correct package metadata.
