[Feature Request] generate daily submission report to Discord during CFP

With submission count, the program and marketing team can have a better idea of how the CFP goes and plan accordingly

Describe the solution you'd like

Send a report message to a discord channel with a format like the following.

* valid submissions count: {{ submission_count }}

Valid submission is a submission that is not canceled.

It would be even better if we could have the difference between days, but it's optional.
