There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package error.

When i install Tinywall (most recent version as of writing this issue) i get the following error: There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

I'm running the installer with highest privileges in Windows 11 24H2 Build 26100.2.
The issue occurs on both my laptop and desktop. They run the same version and/or build of Windows 11

Some possible causes that might prevent installation:

• Microsoft .Net Framework 4.8 is not installed
• You are running a "slimmed down" Windows such as X-Lite or similar
• You have disabled Windows services that TinyWall needs to run
