How do I extend the hatch clean command to remove other build artifacts?

Is there a way to extend the hatch clean command to cleanup other build artifacts that may not have been created through a build plugin?

We have a number of artifacts that are created during our build, both in CICD and on dev environments that we'd like to get cleaned up from time to time, and it would be nice to have it all removed as part of hatch clean. Is there an easy way to hook into the command to achieve this?
