Harmonize the wildcards for testing of the scripts

In each script, the mock_snakemake function has default parameters that are no harmonized across scripts.
It would be a good idea to harmonize the parameters and the test config file to ease the debugging.
Basically: setting the same wildcards values across scripts, harmonized with a test case, in particular:

• parameters of tutorial config.tutorial.yaml
• sector-coupled test config: config.test1.yaml, maybe better renamed into config.sector.yaml
