By default HAProxy does a dns resolution for backends server on restart/reload. If a server is not accessible HAProxy will refuse to start. Adding an option to activate runtime dns resolution in haproxy.cfg would be nice to have.
This would allow turning some services on/off without causing an error if the haproxy is restarted reloaded.
