[r1] Are the STL files updated to the correct ones?

I saw there were problems with the X axis parts being misaligned and something about the extruder gear. Are these issues corrected and can I print all the parts from this branch or should I pick and match from the r2 branch?

Position of the belt in x-carriage using x-end-idler and GT2-16 idler makes it a little bit misaligned, it's same case for Y axis. If you will choose GT2-20 idlers instead of 16, the x-ends will be ok.
extruder-body has one hole moved a little bit, and the x-carriage should have this modification too, however it will work.
The MK2Clone r2 doesn't have mechanical endstops, thus the modified parts cannot be used 1:1.
Unfortunately, I do not have plans to update the STLs from r1, however If you have some spare time, feel free to make a PR.

The lcd-cover files seems to be openscad files instead of stl but i can't
open them in openscad..
