Snapping on imported kml files

Hi folks,

I find the possibility to import and display a local file just great. I use this feature e.g. using kml files. I wasn't able to make snapping on such layers work so far.

Is this currently not possible? What am I missing?

The current implementation will only snap to the configured WMS layers + the current redlining layer (when drawing with the redlining tool).
