Background:

/kodo-ops # golangci-lint run
website/assets_production.go:21:12: pattern build/*: no matching files found (typecheck)
//go:embed build/*
           ^

The reason is that the project uses the Go embed feature, which embeds frontend pages into the Go binary.

//go:embed build/*
var embedFS embed.FS

And this embedding relies on yarn install for its dependencies.
