REPL driven development

I love being able to

CLOG-USER> (clog:clog-repl)
CLOG-USER> (clog-user:start-app)

Then edit my definitions, hit C-c C-c to compile it,

CLOG-USE> (set-on-new-window #'on-class :path "/class")

and refresh the page to see the change.
