Rabe CloudEvents Output

The songticker.rabe.ch infra is moving to a more eventful architecture and the virtualsaemubox microservice should also play it's part.

• Evented Sämubox nowplaying#141
• should be able to send status as RaBe Cloud Events to a webhook (specifically the one in nowplaying)
• should be implemented in a way to allow more/other events from the audio stack

This is on hold until i figure out if we can acheive it's goals using the RestApi support in Pathfinder 1.8.

The RestApi in pathfinder doesn't support sending native JSON due to limitations in it's template engine.

A working solution to obsolete virtual SämuBox with the RestApi would probably involve a shim that received POST requests from the RestApi and then converts them to RaBe CloudEvents for later use by interested parties.
