Problem

Local development setup requires a lot of steps and applications to run:

Payment channel onboarding of 2 nodes
Run LC-dapp dev application
Run Web-app
Run Paywall provider's server
Run paywalll provider's Raiden node

Steps to completion

make LC fork accessible!
Provide onboarding docs / link to Raiden docs
Provide automated script to run all instances locally
