I'm trying to use quantstats library to generate stats and then passing the same to the front-end to generate visualisations. The backend API for generating stats is deployed in AWS lambda.
Although everything runs fine locally, after deploying to AWS lambda, I've realised that quantstats require IPython to work (required for generating visualisations which I'm not using).
[ERROR] Runtime.ImportModuleError: Unable to import module 'app.lambda_handlers': No module named 'IPython'
Whilst installing ipython in Lambda, I'm running into package size issues.
Is there a way I could still use quantstats just for generating stats in AWS lambda?
Thanks in advance!
