Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The on-demand notification API in Siren is currently does not have a strict contract. One needs to add payload with receiver contract to send notification to that receiver.

Describe the solution you'd like
We need an SDK to allow users to integrate and send notifications from any service.
