Windows compatibility

This release is compatible with Windows. Windows can't deal with fonts that define U+FFFF. Removing it from the font solved the problem (tested on Windows XP).

Extra glyphs, misc improvements

Added glyphs, fixed validation problems, simplified and fixed geometry of various glyphs (about 90 fixes since last release).

Fix problems pointed by internal FontForge validators

Fixed many issues such as almost-vertical lines and glyphs extending outside boundaries. Added BlueValues to PS fonts.

Fixed overlaps on Ç and ç

Fixed the following issues reported by fontlint:

The glyph named quotesingle is mapped to U+02BC.
But its name indicates it should be mapped to U+0027.

But its name indicates it should be mapped to U+02BC.
