It seems most of these tools have stopped working with the latest version of the RM software (v3). Maybe go through and mark the ones that work with v3?

I'd be happy to accept a PR that accomplishes this repeatably, that is clear to users, and is easy to maintain going forward. Ideally, the GitHub best practices gets updated with a way to get all the linked GitHub projects to clearly list what they support, and we can work on getting all the linked projects to follow it.

Any idea how to do this? Add an additional tag/topic, like "RM-API-V3", which could be used to filter on?

An additional tag to work off of might be a solution for filtering, but that is less obvious to users, having a standardized badge might be a better solution.
