Class imbalance problem exists. Only 0.172% of fraud labelled data.

To resolve class imbalance issue:

  • Augmentation

  • Loss function reconstruction

  • Batch sampling

  • Use semi-supervised learning. ex) One-Calss SVM.

  • Use autoencoder
