Allow a user to add data for visualisation to the map

Similar like other mapping clients, but it should not be to complicated.

• e.g. the arcgis online map: check the add button on the left side
  • CSV, KML, GeoRSS, GeoJSON, Webservices...
• mapbender wms loader - world icon in the toolbox
  • WMS
• mapstore: add layers
  • WMS, WMTS, WCS

I think the most important are WMS, GeoJSON, but I think we can easily support all from the UKIS OWC layers. We could also offer to add some kind of endpoint so formats like GeoJSON.

The only problem with services or links is the same origin policy!
