Task: Create SCSS custom classes for reoccuring groups of Tailwind styles

Description

There are a lot of components and page.tsx files with blocks of tailwind styles that are being reused in other parts of the website. If they are, then we can define them as their own separate class in the globals.scss file (see .text-page-structure as an example), and then use that custom class for styling instead.
