Migrate Malay language pack to flarum-lang?

We already spoke with the maintainer 2 years ago, but he was not interested in migrating. But it's one of the few active language packs outside of flarum-lang, it would be nice to add it to the family someday, so I'm creating this issue to not forget about it.
There is also not much activity on https://github.com/ahrasis/bahasa-melayu recently.

BTW: We already have archived repo https://github.com/flarum-lang/malaysian, but it probably does not make sense to use it.
