ci: run from docs

[Reecepbcups]

• docs parser
• find anywhere with ```
• add a line=# in that section, this way we can parse where it should go for after the generation
• run each in CI as its own job workflow. validates for me it works on new pushes without manually doc running

Also add a // line 19 comment parser? keeper things would be useful since we do not have full state.
