Include HTTP Methods in Output #55

Description

Could I please request that HTTP methods be added to the CSV output (i.e. GET, POST, etc)

Expected behavior

For example the output csv table should look like this:

Time | IP | HTTP Method | URI | Referer URL | Response Code | User Agent

Benefits

This would provide the benefit of being able to determine if something was requested, uploaded, etc
