Advanced Converter UI - Willing to contribute

Hello,

Currently if there are lots of images in bulk convert it takes long time as it only converts one file per request. If server allows user should be able to change the settings.

I would like to create a more advanced converter with user settings (js based on popup). If you allow I can contribute, also probably work on some of the open tickets you have here as well.
