Is it possible to cache the dynamodb image using actions/cache?

@ianpogi5 Possible? Yes, very likely. Something that I have the bandwidth/time todo in the near term? Unlikely.

If someone wants to submit a PR for this, I'd happily review it tho and get a release published.
