Submitting and displaying a long study fails.

While preparing a survey with ~200 items on formr.org, I noticed two possibly related issues while test driving it.

Issue 1

Import broken-v3.ods as new survey, then Test Survey by filling it with Monkey mode. Notice that it is impossible to submit the last item.

Issue 2

Import broken-v4.ods as new survey, then Test Survey by filling it with Monkey mode. Notice that not all items appear on one page and that there is only one item on the last page despite it being combined as block with other items. Removing the block and item order assignments does not change this behaviour.

A workaround is to set the Items Per Page for a survey to a positive value other than 0.

I'm having a similar issue. My study involves gathering ratings of a stimulus set, so it's a very large number of 'items'. I get the following error when I try to upload. I don't see a maximum number of potential items per survey anywhere, but I may have missed it.
