Obtain info on current status of azure account (login. limits, usage)

Currently we used Azure for storage of court report templates and generated court reports, however, we have no clue how much space we are using, how much we have, etc.

Figure out what we got:

• Login creds (polly? sean?)
• Available storage space with current plan
• Used storage space (CLI command?)

Current info:

Polly is finding out more. There is probably around 2k-3k yearly of azure credits given for free because RFG is a non-profit. But they must be renewed each year. Someone should be doing that so hopefully we can figure out who and get more info.
