Do we know the voltage seen by the caps? It appears CDI caps are commonly 400V to 600V rated. I think it's would be good to plan for the CDI cap to be at least 400V. I expect this voltage will be dependent on the spark plug gap. As the plug erodes, this voltage will probably get higher. If that voltage is used, then the KICAD calculator suggest IPC B4 or A5 to be a 0.8mm spacing. Currently the HV net uses an 0.6mm gap. Perhaps worth using 0.8mm as a minimum. PCB looks to have space, it may be a good idea to use a larger gap if possible.
