eset is definitely aware of this project and actively taking actions against it. my suggestion is to prepare a mirror of the project in advance (maybe on gitlab/codeberg/bitbucket), as they could get in touch with MS to report it and block your repo permanently in github.
a telegram channel for announcements could also be useful
