Error while plotting a ligand-receptor interaction network #252

I ran this command:
hclust_ligands = hclust(dist_ligands, method = "ward.D2")

But it shows me this error:

Error in hclust(dist_ligands, method = "ward.D2") :
NA/NaN/Inf in foreign function call (arg 10)

Can anyone help me debug it? Any help will be appreciated!
