rutorrent: role and the image it uses will be removed

Some time after December the role will be removed from Saltbox and Sandbox will have an opportunity to create a replacement role for rutorrent before the removal occurs.

The replacement role, if it should occur, should use a different image as I will no longer maintain the current image.

For those interested in tackling that (I will be when I have some free time), afaik best candidates would be:

There's also some consideration to integrating https://github.com/kannibalox/pyrosimple to the role, especially for pyrotorque. To that end, the crazy-max image might be more appropriate.
