WindIO.yaml is general geometry and inputs common to all

Modeling.yaml - all of the OWENS specific things

Use the same architecture as in WISDEM currently, where there is a file for the geometry, and then a file for the modeling options, and if using just for OWENS, just have to define the OWENS specific things.

Kevin showed some nice progress on an OWENS example that uses the WindIO input. Do you have any links to share of this?
