VlnPlot Drops Conditions with Less than Two Points

Hi All,

When using VlnPlot with split.by to separate cells isolated from different tissues, VlnPlot (or more likely ggplot) excludes samples that have less than two points. As a result I end up with the graph below, which is aesthetically displeasing. I would ideally like to have each sample occupy the same width on the axis and to prevent the last grey condition occupying the space normally allocated to three samples.

Has anyone else ran into this issue?
