Integration: 'Memory not mapped' Error

Hi all,

I'm trying to integrate over 500k+ cells and am running into the following error after all pairwise anchors have been found:
*** caught segfault *** address (nil), cause 'memory not mapped'

Other than increasing the memory available for the integration, I'm not sure how to solve this error.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!
