Dear Authors,
Hope you are doing great. I really appreciated for creating seurat for us. I am using seurat pipeline to analyse my single cell RNAseq and would like to make the reproducibility for my publication. I have tried to set.seed() so I get the same results everytime I run, but I did not work. What is the best approach to set.seed or make the result reproducible in seurat pipeline. Sorry for this basic question. Hope you could help answers.
Kind Regards,
Synat
