Results from IntegrateLayers

Hi,

I am plannign to run integration using IntegrateLayers function in Seurat5. Does it create an integrated assay for 2k/3k variable features like the previous integration would? Also, if it does create the integrated assay, and if we run "cca", "rpca' and "mnn" based integration back to back, will it update the assay based on existing integrated and the new assays, or entirely replace it with the new one?
