In this vignette, the cell types of spots on spatial RNA-seq data is performed. Each spot is given a prediction score and I'm wondering what the technical details of that are. If a single spot has a prediction score of 1.6 for cell type A and 0.4 for cell type B, can I say that 80% of the cells under that spot are cell type A and 20% are cell type B for instance?
