I noticed that Rahul Satija is involved in both the Seurat and Milo projects. Seurat's FindClusters operated on an S.N.N. graph. But, Milo, for the same purpose, operates on a k-N.N. graph. Is there any reason from graph theory for the difference or is it arbitrary?
