Hi,
I've been using Seurat for many years and I usually have pretty straightforward comparisons when using FindMarkers to run DE.
My current project has a more complex experimental design though, and I was wondering if it is (or will be) possible to model more complex designs in Seurat?
Either way, I'd also be grateful for any ideas for a work-around (other than pseudo-bulk + limma).
