Hey everyone! I am somewhat new to using Seurat for single cell analysis. I am using VlnPlot frequently for feature expression across clusters and violin plots were not generated for certain clusters due to a low frequency of cells expressing the specific gene we are looking for in the plot. However, when individual points are included, there are a small number of cells that appear to be expressing the gene. In order to interpret this data the best we can, what are the minimum parameters for producing a violin plot?
