versioning

Add columns for DOI and BIDS version number of the BIDS dataset to the dataset (For processed data, use the DOI of derivative dataset). Discuss with Choonhan.
Add column to reference to the pipeline used to convert the dataset if any
Make sure .find({}) only returns the latest version of the datasets
S3 bucket should be OK but append version number to file name
