EC500 two version on ali express which one to choose ?

I'm new to your firmware just found it yesterday and I have a question as I can see on aliexpress two versions of this EC500

the one you are using is ( I think )

and I also can see this version with LED's on input out pins :

I'm just looking for a good controller for second cnc machine that will use at least 4 axises , can you advice witch one EC500 to purchase and which of your firmware should i use ?
Remora-RT1052 or Remora-RT1052-cpp to not brick that controller ?
